Job location: Vietnam (Hanoi/HCM/Remote)
Report to: CMO (Based in the US)
Job Description
Conduct weekly reports and daily analysis on social media statistics for all platforms. Provide detailed KPI/ROI metrics for all programs completed.
Plan the content calendars for each channel
Manage brand social media engagement on multiple channels, ensuring a unified brand voice and consistent brand messaging
Create comprehensive library of creator content (key activation dates, information about project, WIFM details, and activation ideas) in a process that offers a three-month lead time. As programs breach the 30-day mark to activation develop comprehensive marketing launch plans and partner with Community team to activate a constantly rolling two-week news program. This will require working closely with CXO team on a weekly basis and keeping updated on activities as they happen in real time.
Keep abreast of industry, social media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms and share knowledge with the wider team
Create clear, concise, and engaging content for multichannel campaigns across paid media, website, in-app, social media, and more
Partner with Community team as needed to maintain digital communities for all brand pages across key social media networks

Job requirements:
Eagerness to learn
Proficiency in all mainstream social media channels and consumer behavior on social media platforms;
A Bachelor of Marketing or related majors;
Background in Fashion, life style industry is considered a plus;
Excellent writing & editing skills in English;
Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced and growing environment;
Be a trend spotter, proactive/creative thinker;
Experience using social media analytics tools and MS Office;
Ability to work with Designers and provide a brief;
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally;
A Portfolio of works (preferred);
Customer-centric sensibility,
Ability to provide solutions based on data;
2+ years of work experience in managing social media channels and campaigns;
