Position Purpose
Main Tasks
Role, it would involve the administration of both employee HR records & profiles, along with administrative tasks for our internal recruitment team. As mentioned, this person would need to be highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal & written communication, but most importantly, it's about a certain type of "personality".
Maintaining current employee records
Following up & maintaining employee compliance documentation
Administer the onboarding of new employees
Being the direct point of contact for new & existing employees
Triaging queries from current & new employees
Administer the offboarding of exiting employees
Maintaining & allocating the C2C asset register of all company property
Scheduling & coordinating interviews for new candidates with the recruitment & clinical team
Assisting the recruitment team with any light recruitment admin

Essential Requirements
Police Check and International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
Core Capabilities
Professional: Uphold a strong work ethic and professional manner
Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely (both in writing and verbally) - ielts at least 6.5+
Experience with Trello/Xero is plus
Time management/organisation: Accomplish objectives efficiently and effectively in the given time frame
Flexible: Adapt and respond to an ever-changing environment
Initiative/proactivity: Take action when needed, and initiate things independently
Teamwork: Assist and support others, whilst building meaningful relationships
Open door policy: Maintain a friendly, positive and approachable manner
Client cantered service: Provide services that are tailored around the client's needs to ensure the best outcomes can be achieved
Inclusion: Exhibit and show an understanding of inclusion, cultural sensitives and the needs of diverse communities
