The L&D Specialist will report directly to the L&D Lead. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of training and development activities in our company to provide scaffolding, companion, and tactical advice to LnD initiatives with different groups of staff.
Responsibility
- Create project report for departments and internal knowledge management
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by L&D Lead
- Support in formal training sessions to provide foundational knowledge and skills to apply in the job
- Check-in regularly with staff who are implementing different projects and provide in-time advice to aid their implementation
- Support L&D Lead to measure effectiveness of provided solutions to identify areas for improvement and good sections
- Research content and materials to design learning experience in accordance with staff&039;s and business&039;s goals
- Translate materials from English to Vietnamese and create visual representations of such content
- Act as an L&D consultant for staff and managers, including but not limited to: defining problems/ goals; researching information; identifying & presenting solutions; setting up and conducting implementation plans; monitoring and evaluating the implementation.
- Work closely with technical trainers to evaluate training results, efficiency, and experience of staff
