Purpose of Role:
• Participate and support Global IT Operation Model (TOM) and enable business digital transformation
• Engage with the business and proactively seeks opportunities for IT to deliver business value; Provide professional insight and IT solutions to drive business growth and process efficiency.
• Ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within a company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Manage the operation and maintenance of the organization's information (electronic data) systems so that they function reliably, meet the organization's business needs, and use the organization's IT resources effectively while following central guidelines and standards.
• Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet these needs.
• Responsible for IT value creation though enabling the local Business Strategy by business partnering, local business support and end-2-end accountability for the delivery of local solutions that deliver value.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend hardware and software products that will enhance the capabilities of the organization's information systems.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of information systems professionals and support staff to ensure that the organization's information systems are supported effectively and within budget.
• Manage, optimize and control the IT OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Plan, priorities, and execute IT projects including network, hardware, software, cyber security, and IT support (offices and shop floor) to ensure that organization's information systems function reliably and that IT resources are used effectively.
• Implementation and monitoring of Group and local IT policies.
