Key responsibilities
The role of the M&C Senior Associate is to work with M&C Manager to plan and implement activities which deliver the marketing strategy, aligned to the overall firm goals. The role is extremely varied, spanning a wide range of activities.
Grant Thornton Vietnam is seeking a Marketing and Communications (M&C) Senior Associate to take an active role in branding execution.
• Digital media channels i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, intranet...
Create content, run effective campaigns to deliver the firm's publications, events externally, implement agreed digital marketing activities to drive brand presence, use data-driven insights to ensure relevant content is profiled consistently.
• Project management: Be the team's point of contact to help drive assigned key firm's initiatives (eg. Be part of discussion with relevant teams, work with wider team to come up with marketing solutions, ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
• Administrative reporting
• Email marketing
• Marketing collaterals: Be able to create the artwork following the brand guidelines such as leaflets, posters, flyers, e-newsletters, ect.
• Event execution (face to face and/or virtual events): Work with relevant teams to organise, coordinate and execute seminars, workshops or events etc.
• Website: Use website data analysis to help improve user experience, recommend content improvements that meet changing business needs, communicate with web provider to come up with ways to drive traffic.

Yêu cầu công việc

Required Qualifications/Skills:
• Ability to use Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Premiere Pro is a strong asset.
• Have knowledge of the email marketing tools
• Proficiency in English
• Experiencing as key account at media/ event agency is preferrable.
• 2 year experience in B2B marketing

Grant Thornton Vietnam is an independent member firm of Grant Thornton International and was established in 1993. Initially it was a joint venture with Concetti. In 1997, Grant Thornton Vietnam was converted to a 100% foreign owned enterprise, and opened a branch in Ho Chi Minh City.

In 1998, we officially became a full member of Grant Thornton International. The firm's name was changed to Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited in 1999.

In 2007, we proudly met the criteria to audit listed companies.

In 2013, we were more than excited to celebrate our 20 years Anniversary in Vietnam. It has been a gratifying and successful endeavour as we have grown from our first days in 1993 to who we are today. Also in this year, Grant Thornton Vietnam has been listed as the only foreign invested firm that has been permitted to determine the value of 100-per-cent state-owned enterprises by the Ministry of Finance Vietnam.

2014 has marked another milestone. From 1st July 2014, Grant Thornton Vietnam Ltd and Nexia ACPA Auditing & Consulting Co Ltd ("ACPA") are to merge officially. The merged firm will be part of the Grant Thornton global network and will practice under the Grant Thornton name. The merger brings together a leading professional services firm in Vietnam with an excellent combination of professional team of 14 partners and more than 220 professional staff in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

In 2015, Grant Thornton Vietnam was listed as the only foreign invested firm that has been permitted to determine the value of 100-per-cent state-owned enterprises by Ministry of Finance Vietnam. In 2016, we remain dedicated to delivering solutions to meet our clients' current and future needs, and continue to be focused on helping our clients to unlock the growth potential of their business.

In 2018, we are very excited to celebrate our 25 years anniversary in Vietnam.

In 2019, management board welcomed a female Partner; this aligned with the Grant Thornton global strategy in diversity in leadership.
