Mô tả công việc
SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal projects
• Ensure that project&039;s outcomes are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Report periodically to management
• Coordinate internal resources for smooth execution
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
External projects
• Study and update information on competitors&039; presense, products and activities in relevant projects
• Study and update information on governmental institutions and professional associations
• Assist in the promotion of business partner&039;s image and solutions for the project(s)
• Assist in preparation of presentations to customers or end-users and periodical reports to our Business Partner
• Participate in budgets analysis and help determining customer&039;s flexibility on budget
Other tasks as assigned by the Internal Affairs Director

Yêu cầu
Knowledge
• Fluent English
• Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Internal Audit,... (prefer candidates graduated from Foreign Trade University, National Economics University or foreign education organizations)
• Good knowledge of Laws
• Strong Business Acumen
Relevant experience
• At least 2 years&039; experience working at the same position, prefer candidates with working experience in large, complex projects
• Prior project management experience in MNCs
Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• System thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong business analysis skills
• Good project management skills, including planning, coordination, execution, and reporting
Other requirements
• A strong can-do attitude with a strong drive for results
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to details
• Highly responsible, well-organized, dare-to-lead characters
