POSITION SUMMARY
This position reports closely to the Contract Manager.
The Contract and Procurement Assistant is responsible for performing certain administrative support to the Contract Department. He/she provides functional assistance relating to organizing and coordinating contract management process, procurement activities, specific standards, contract negotiations and document management. He/she liaises with internal and external personnel regarding invoice queries and co-ordination of third-party purchase orders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Updates and maintains Subcontractors and Agents assessment and certification records
• Audits invoice, supplier contract rates. Assists payment process
• Receives and handles incoming mail, prepares outgoing mail, ensures proper follow up procedures are in place and adhered to, deadlines are me.
• Updates and maintains Subcontractors and Agents contract database, summary sheets
• Provide coordination of contract execution and additional follow-up with Subcontractors and Agents as needed to finalize contract records
• Performs market research and assist staff in locating/obtaining qualified vendors
• Completes standard form contract template terms requested by the department Director and Manager following legal department guidelines and standards. Updates and issues contract amendments, formats contract documents
• Communicates with executive, administrative and line management personnel to gather or convey relevant information
• Coordinates with Contract and Procurement Officer in the drafting of all documents and contracts
• Other general administration as required.

Yêu cầu
WE PREFER FRESH GRADUATE OR 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES WHO HAS AIMS TO DEVELOP SELF AND BE MASTER IN COMMERCIAL ASPECTS, COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS AND PROFESSIONAL PROCUREMENT
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Possess excellent communications skills in English (written and verbal as Conversational level and able to communicate using basic vocabularies) and be computer literate.
• Basic understanding of organizational standards commercial contract requirements
• Basic knowledge of Vietnam commercial laws, regulation and requirements
• Must have at least one year experience within an international company
• A Bachelor&039;s Degree is required (Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent), Master&039;s degree a strong plus
