· Coordinate with Mineral Resources Department concerning procurement of raw materials in order to ensure tax reimbursement· Collect information and prepare operation plan, calendarized budget and financial forecast in order to monitor financial condition.· Prepare standard cost planning and report for Vitreous China in order to monitor expenses.· Design, prepare and implement a standard cost monitoring system for plant in order to monitor expenses.· Complete forms for submittance to government institutions and other necessary forms in order to support compliance with regulations.· Coordinate with authority contacts concerning import policies of raw materials in order to ensure tax reimbursement.· Implement the just in time concept when purchasing in order to comply with AS policy.· Control goods clearance and coordinate with forwarding agents in order to ensure timely delivery.· Prepare capital expenditure planning and monitor actual expenses in order to control expenses.· Implement the just in time concept when purchasing in order to comply with AS policy· Source, build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing in order to ensure support and for the best price.· Plan and control the procurement of raw material, equipment and machine parts in order to ensure optimum stock.· Control goods clearance and coordinate with forwarding agents in order to ensure timely delivery.· Obtain quotations on Purchase Request / Purchase Order submitted.· Comment on Purchase Request / Purchase Order wherever necessary.· Obtain samples when necessary.· Prepare Purchase Orders when required.· Process Purchase Requests by sourcing required quotations.· Follow up on the delivery of goods for order placed.· Liaise with sister companies on purchasing matters.
