Mô tả công việc

Translate customer needs into features specifications for software developers.
Own product discussions with stakeholders; create presentations, explain product details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Establish a clear product vision through customer/stakeholder research/feedback, data analysis and user interviews.
Constantly research latest trends in Fintech industry ecosystem.
Build product roadmap, drive the project vision and manage stakeholder expectations.
Support problem solving: participate in problem framing/problem solving together with team members to define the solution for product implementation.
Develop experiments to generate insights into user behaviors and feature usage patterns.
Work cross-functionally with technology teams to prioritize product roadmaps and maintain delivery schedules.
Monitor performance metrics throughout project lifecycles and review all relevant reports regularly (error logs etc.).

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2 years of experience working on software development in any role (developer, designer, QC).
From 2 year of hands-on experience in working on software products as a Product Owner/Business Analyst/Project Manager.
Experience in developing ideas via mockups, information architecture, and feature requirement documents (FRD).
Strong user empathy, have the ability to put yourself in users&039; shoes and get their feeling.
Good communication & interpersonal skills in order to run the conversation effectively between different personalities.
Working experience in technical software development, and business analysis in related domains: social network, e-commerce, ERP (CRM), advertisement, finance (e-wallet, banking, payment), digital game.
Can pay attention to details, highly standard oriented.
Good track record for successful products, experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its full lifecycle, both in Web and Mobile.
Work experience in startup, product company.
Quick learner, strong researcher to quickly adapt to changes in market and business direction.
Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.
