Ban Phuc Nickel Mines is looking for a Translator, Project Assistant with secretary and translating experience. Reporting to the Technical Manager/ Project Management Board. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside industry specialists that offer a great working environment; excellent working conditions and an excellent career progression pathway. It is anticipated that tenure will be 12 months.
***The successful Project Assistant role will include:
• Translate documents or provide interpretation service in meetings when required by the Technical Manager/ Project Management Board
• Support the Technical Manager/ Project Management Board to elaborate documents, and maintain an organized filing system of both hard and soft copies.
• Support the Technical Manager/ Project Management Board to work and schedule the work with the relevant central and provincial authorities regarding approvals and permitting procedures for the company's operations;
• Provide required assistance to the Technical Manager/ Project Management Board on the mine and company management matters;

To be successful in this role you should possess:
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• University Graduated
• Familiarity with project management
• Good at computer skills
• The employee will work a roster as set out by the Company and can base on site in Son La (3 weeks on site and 1 week off). When on site the employee will be provided with furnished accommodation plus meals and laundry services. The Company provide scheduled commutation between the mine site & Hanoi.
• 2 years as Personal Assistant/ Project Assistant/ Translator or above
