Mô tả công việc
- Ensure that the projects are managed and conducted in a proper and business like manner.
- Ensures all service requests/needs from Tenants/ Residents and Management Team are attended and responded in a timely manner.
- Planning to recruit and train all necessary staff for The Management Team.
- Create training plan period for direct team at the project (Customer Service, Engineering and service providers)
- Ensure the properties are satisfactorily maintained and cleaned according to building standard.
- Conduct weekly/ monthly inspection of the projects to ensure that they compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws.
- Prepare/update/implement rules, regulation and procedure according to Company policies.
- Plan, implement and administer the property management program.
- Prepare and submit yearly Profit and loss budget to BOD/ the Developers (owners).
- Represent the owner in all matters and dealing with the authority or any other person whomsoever in any way touching and concerning the general management.
- Deal with suppliers and ensure that services/ products are performed in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all monthly/quarterly/yearly financial and management reports are prepared and submitted on time.
- Ensure that proper supervision of maintenance of all common services including the air-conditioning system, fire equipment, swimming pool, electricity generators, security system and all other common services relating to the all projects.
- Record and attend to all Tenants/ Residents' complaints, promptly and efficiently.
- Create relevant documents and prepare Resident Committee Meeting activities.
- Handle and increase good relationship with local government.
- Other tasks as assigned by BOD/ Developers (if any).
■REQUIREMENTS
- Male/ Female
- Education: University
- Having Certificate of Property Management
- Property Manager of the luxury condominium or hotel. (From 3 years of experience)
- Experiences of Residence Management
- Good command of English (speaking & writing)
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, persuasive communication
- A challenging spirit that actively accepts new ways of working
- Diligent, enthusiastic, responsible at work
■Salary: Max 120 Mil Gross
■Working time:Monday - Saturday: 8h00-17h00
