POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
• In charge for the validation and verification quality system in plan Supplier Audit; monitor build the training need for quality in whole plant and evaluate the quality matrix of all position in Detmold Vietnam - Set up the training plan annual.
• Lead BRC / Leader of safety and legal product/HACCP/ Quality System co-operate to set up and maintenance
• Involve the quality continuous improvement of DPV
• Have authority to stop production or releasing product if there is the risk to the safety of the product.
• Build the quality control plan and QA resource for whole process in DPV to make sure it can prevent on the risk of quality . Ensure the good meet the customer expectation, legal requirement through this plan of whole processes of DPV Ensure equipment is available to use and always in good condition/ In charge for solving customer complaint solving
• Drive the application and maintenance of the company processing system as BRC ioP5, ISO 9001:2008 and provides pivotal assistance in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and practices in order to achieve and maintain an standard working environment.
• This role is a key member of DPV management team with participation in the development and implementation of strategies to achieve superior, sustainable business outcomes.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Quality
+ Lead BRC/HACCP/ Quality System co-operate to set up and maintenance
- Build the road map and plan and follow the circle PDCA to lead the DPV team reach the BRC accreditation
- Set up and monitor the GMP inspections periodically in site to ensure consistent compliance
- Coordinate with related department to fully deep investigate and find the root cause and solutions quickly
- Ensure hygiene conditions, prerequisite program: pest control, sharp control, foreign body control etc. are consistent with standards.
- Manage to make sure all changes which affect/related to quality is assessed and carry out the action to prevent the risk in quality
- Set up the quality system of company to ensure the compliance with the requirements of company policy, local/end user regulatory and quality standards
+ Supplier Audit; monitor
- Working closely with supplier for the quality issue to make sure it is solved quickly and
- Involve to improve quality performance of supplier thought the on site audit and comments
- Apply SPC to get the trend of quality material periodically and feedback urgent for supplier to prevent the complaint and down time for production
- Review the detail specification and food/ product safety requirement for supplier and get their agreement
+ Build
- Ensure measurable equipment is available to use and always in good condition
+ Involve the quality continuous improvement of DPV
- Apply the SPC in the data analysis to focus the priority and trend of quality in process and product to have the preventive action to prevent the quality risk.
- In charge for monthly quality talk and 3 quality topic in months
- Drive the OPL program in DPV
Build the quality control plan and QA resource for whole process in DPV to make sure it can prevent on the risk of quality .
- Build the control plan based the risk from analysis and build the quality resource to met this plan
- Quality program to make sure the right direction and object for inspector to follow
- Conduct the hazard risk assessment for all process in plan- keep it always updates if have any change in process, environment, resource
- Build the procedure and detail plan for the R&R to evaluate the skill/competency of quality control person
- Determine, equip and maintain the support facilities of quality activities- to make sure the quality facilities can be available to measure as the quality control plan, quickly feedback the result of relevant departments
- Train and build the resource for quality control plan is maintained and update through the training need, training program, and evaluate the ability of inspector by skill matrix/
- Ensure the good meet the customer expectation, legal requirement through this plan of whole processes of DPV
+ Product quality
- Ensure the good meet the customer expectation
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of CAP
- Ensure the internal NCR is correctly detected and completely solve and CAP is sufficient
» Based on the quality objective - quality parts of Detmold packaging Vietnam in every year- par
» Based on the quality of work & completed worker level & complained about the quality of work /
» KPO is to achieve and maintain accreditation for BRC and all other required accreditation
Reporting- Filing
• Reports performance weekly, monthly, quarter and yearly, and quality management review in accordance with Detmold guidelines and System
» Ensures all reporting & analysis are accurate and meets monthly, quarterly and yearly deadlines
• Reports analysis performance if need the deep investigation
Supervision
To supervise the QA officer and QA executive, drive the quality control plan and activities according to Quality Procedures and instruction

Safety
Following company regulation and factory policy
» Based on the labor accident reporting of department
» Safety in working environment.

» Based on the evaluation of Head department.

Other Tasks

» Drive the BRC, ISO system.
» Strictly follow up company policies & procedure related to Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Country manager.
