Mô tả công việc
Short Description:
Manage full cycle of recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring team negotiating offers, visa processes, up until ensuring candidate onboard within the timeline given.
Responsibility:
- Ensure hiring projects assigned is executed smoothly within the timeframe given.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
- Pre-screen and interview qualified candidates to hiring managers based on criteria and guideline.
- Build strong rapport with hiring managers and project teams to understand hiring requirements and provide timely updates to have all parties aligned.
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
- Team up with Coordinators and Sources to manage an efficient model of operation
- Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process including hiring strategies, coaching, and guidance on best practices.
- Secure candidates from offers negotiation to onboarding.
- Develop strategies in search and sourcing activities within targeted market and demographics.
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Proactively source for talents through sourcing tools, employee referrals, social media and other innovative channels.
- Proactively communicate the status of hiring process ensuring respective stakeholders are updated and well informed.

Requirements:
- Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
- Able to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
- Sound sourcing approach with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requirements
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
- 2+ years progressive recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
