- Build & diversify external & internal sources of candidate (job posting channels, candidate referral, internal applicants, external headhunt ...)
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager
- Identify & develop new tools/ channels that significantly support promote employer branding, recruitment/ sourcing campaign such as social media channels, Search Engine Optimization, ...
- Be updated with the market's trends, market intelligent to provide input and support in the development of HR policies/ processes, and Employee Value Proposition.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the selection process until onboarding, crucially the process of onboarding.
- Be a partner with business to understand business's needs, workforce plans, talent strategy; that helps build strategic sourcing plan. Build effective network for recruitment, develop and monitor Talent Mapping at Section/Dept Head level and above
- Enhance the effectiveness of recruitment policies, guidelines; get them updated and aligned with Labour Law and PCA's regulations
- Play as Project leaders of all projects relating to Resourcing to build talent pineline for PVA
- Manage & support RPO vendor to make sure RPO Team delivery effective recruitment service for business with standardize KPIs & SLA
