Mô tả công việc
Prepare weekly reports of business update for leadership
Monitor business and operations changes to ensure plans remain current and valid
Monitor business progress against plans through data driven insights
Do business planning activities, e.g.monthly execution plan, quarterly forecast, develop budget plan for the year,...
Workclosely with Data and Products team to build reports and dashboard monitoring performance
Actively participate in problem solving to drive the achievement of business plan and help close gaps if required
Work with multiple stakeholders to understand and capture business contexts/ requirements and reflect on planning
Work with stakeholders analyse performance, key drivers, risks and opportunities

Consulting background preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changes
Strong problem solving, data analysis and presentation skills
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
Leadership skill, able to work in fast-paced environment
4+ years of relevant work experience in strategic planning/ project management.

Salary & Allowances
Be provided with high performance laptop and screen
Perfomance review: twice a year, anual slary review: once a year
Annual leave: 15 days/year, birthday leave and other leaves/public holidays in accordance with the Labor Law of Vietnam
Income: 30-35 million + Allowance + Bonus
Competitive income with lunch allowance, 13 fixed months salary and gift on special occasion.
