Responsibilities will be including the followings but not limited to:
Send SI to Shipping lines and make Shipping documents.
Arrange payment for shipping lines, service providers.
Relevant job assigned by manager.
Issue Shipping instruction and send shipment plan to warehouse, quality department before 4PM for the operation of the following day.
Update customer's shipment position
Update SA & issue Sales Invoice.
Co-ordinate with quality department to send samples on time.
Co-ordinated with Shipping lines and get booking reservation.
Follow-up with the related departments.
Co-ordinate with all service providers likewise VCC&C, Café Control, VFC, Forwarders, documentation, shipping lines and general service providers for traffic related purpose and make daily stuffing plan.
Receive SI from Buyer and Update VC-MS

Specialities:
Education: University degree in Logistics, Business administration, or majoring in English
Other skills and knowledge:
Honest, organized, logical, detail oriented, independent
Ability to work under high pressure
Preferred person who is ling in Long Thanh, or Bien Hoa city.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook Express
Fluent in English skills.
Good communicate and team work.
