Mô tả công việc

Communicate effectively with Japanese clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for the development team.
Prepare documentation in both English and Japanese, including user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the final product meets the business objectives.
Assist in project planning, timeline estimation, and progress tracking.

Yêu cầu

2-3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external clients in a technical environment.
Experience in planning, project implementation, and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, multitasking ability, and a proactive attitude.
Interest and understanding of UI/UX design.
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of front-end development.
Experience living and working in Japan is a plus.
