What we are looking for
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a significant focus on mobile app user acquisition on AppLovin or similar platforms (e/g Unity, ironSource, Google, UAC, TikTok)
• Experienced in managing a team of 3-5 UA Performance Specialist
• Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns on the Applovin/Ad network/GG/Meta/Iron Source platform
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Expertise in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and LTV (Lifetime Value) modeling
• Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent English proficiency to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
