For Manager level
Directly communicate with Product, Developer, QA and Executive teams.
Control project plan execution for the team's feature.
Collaborate with team members to investigate, analyze, design and estimate features based on specification.
Participate in required meetings.
Involving internal processes for team members (hiring, training, performance review, etc.).
Conduct code review for team members.
Support revolving business logic and technical problems for team members.
Process issue from Support/QA team and/or assigned to team members.
For Developer level
Designing and developing UI components from scratch based on specification
Polishing the existing UI
Working with designer/business analysts to create a better UI in general: components, behaviors, etc
Working with Java backend/frontend developers to design/build and interact UI components with logic business
Working with QA to verify and fix UI bugs
