UI/UX/CX Designer for ERP Application

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX/CX Designer to join our team, focusing on enhancing user experience for our ERP application. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of best practices in ERP system design, ensuring our software is intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive user research and create detailed personas.
• Understand and document user workflows and pain points.
• Understand, analyze, and provide feedback on business flows (specifically BRD).

2. UI/UX Design:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive interfaces with a focus on ease of use and efficiency.
• Implement features like drag-and-drop tools, powerful search, and data visualization.

3. Customer Experience (CX):

• Develop and implement CX strategies to ensure a seamless user journey.
• Customize user experiences based on role-specific needs.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers and developers in an agile environment.
• Ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

5. Usability Testing:

• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
• Iterate designs based on test results and evolving requirements.

Qualifications

1. Experience:

• 3-5 years in UI/UX design, preferably with ERP or complex systems.
• Proven experience in CX design and strategy.

2. Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to understand BRD and create wireframes and prototypes.
• Active in grasping domain knowledge to involve in designing the product and user flow.
• Experience with branding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

3. Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization and responsive design.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of the business and F&B sectors.
