Mô tả công việc

Take nascent ideas and shepherd them through the design process to fruition.
Develop and deliver diverse artifacts such as lo-fi wireframes, hi-fi mockups, prototypes, user flows, and storyboards.
Ship Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and iteratively improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
Translate insights and research findings into actionable design iterations to meet customer needs.
Work closely with engineers to understand technical complexities and ensure feasible design solutions.
Engage in design reviews with leadership and the Design team, presenting and defending design decisions while remaining receptive to alternative approaches.
Lead or participate in user testing sessions with internal stakeholders and customers to validate design concepts.
Utilize feedback to inform design iterations and enhance user experiences.
Contribute to the development of a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all design endeavors.
Create development-ready design specifications and collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation..
Working hours: 8 pm - 2 am (GMT+7), Mon to Fri (with 2 additional flexible hours, total 8 hours / day)

Yêu cầu

Minimum 5 years of relevant design experience, with a proven track record of shipping software products.
Ability to approach projects holistically and integrate design into the broader context of product development.
Fluent in Figma with proficiency in utilizing its features for effective design collaboration.
Strong understanding of typography, UI/UX systems, and creating branded experiences.
Collaborative Mindset: Experience working collaboratively with product designers, product managers, and developers in a user-centered manner.
Comfortable with iterative design processes and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with design systems theory and practice, with a focus on scalability and consistency.
Values teamwork, honesty, and integrity, prioritizing team success over individual achievements.
Interview format:
Round 1: Initial Interview
Length: 30 - 45 mins
Round 2: Technical interview with the US company (Length: 30 - 45 mins)
