UI UX Designer/Product Design

B. Responsibility
1. Overall Objective: UX/UI Designer is responsible for product design, UX researches, product wireflow, UI design and other tasks from Product Manager
2. Key Performance Indicators
- No. of design tasks delivery on time (30%)
- Quality of design rated by MD (50%)
- Percentage of favorable customer & stakeholders feedback on reports (20%)
3. Key Areas - Time Allocation - Specific Tasks
a. Research & Analysis (On demand)
• Conduct research & product analysis of competitors/companies in the same or related industry (domestically and internationally).
• Evaluate problems (UX review), build solutions, and participate in product improvement
b. Design (80%)
• Build Design documents including: personas, customer journey map, lo-fi wireframe, hi-fi wireframe, sitemap, graphic design, ... with static and dynamic prototypes
• Ensure all versions of UI/UX projects are complete, up-to-date and appropriately archived
• Directly participate in the product development process, UI/UX design for App, Website, System and other products according to pre-defined criteria
c. Teamwork (15%)
• Work with project owners (POs) and project teams to propose new solutions to UI/UX design problems
• Participate in leading, guiding and building standards in the field of UX Design for the product development team and the UX Team
• Work collaboratively, communicate and handle situations effectively with stakeholders: PM, PO, BA, UX, Dev, Marketing...
• Work closely with related departments (Customer, Marketing, Development, QA, ...) to build and deliver the optimal design throughout the project.
• Exchange ideas, build a design process to ensure aesthetics and logic through storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes...
• Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager
d. Showcase (5%)
• Present ideas and products visually through supporting tools (Create mockups, showcase, ...)
• Present work to stakeholders, get feedback and work updates
