Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Shopify Theme product team.
You will design and improve Shopify Themes that are beautiful, easy to use, responsive, and effective for e-commerce. You will work closely with Product Managers and Developers to turn ideas and user needs into high-quality products.
Responsibilities
  • Research user needs, competitors, and e-commerce trends to identify design opportunities.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design responsive experiences for Shopify Themes across desktop and mobile.
  • Design key e-commerce pages and components such as homepage, product page, collection, cart, navigation, and sections.
  • Create and maintain reusable components and design systems.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure designs are practical and technically feasible.
  • Review implementation and ensure the final product meets UX/UI standards.
  • Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, data, and product requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web or digital product design.
  • Proficient in Figma.
  • Good understanding of UX, responsive design, and e-commerce.
  • Strong visual design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to turn business and user needs into simple, effective design solutions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Shopify Themes or e-commerce products.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with design systems.
  • Experience with CRO, A/B testing, or usability testing.

  • Salary: Gross up to 35M VND with biannual performance reviews for potential salary increases.
  • Receive a bonus of 50% of one month's salary (applicable only to candidates who start before December 31, 2025 and apply directly to BSS Group, not through a third party).
  • Join the product development team and collaborate with Seniors with over 10 years of experience in designing e-commerce solutions.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM.
  • 13.5 days of annual leave per year (12 standard leave days and 1.5 additional travel leave days).
