Design intuitive and engaging interactions for mobile and web platforms.
Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity.
Execute on all parts of the design process: design direction, user research, ideation, flows, mockups, visual design, spec & asset production, usability testing.
Making data-driven decisions and when cannot, being able to provide a clear and consistently angled. thought process/decision framework.
Provide strategic design thinking and leadership.

Yêu cầu
Demonstrated success with 2+ years in consumer apps; proven track record of delivering high-quality designs
Passion for designing engaging experiences that appeal to different segments of users
Strong ability to recognize and build up use-cases, including happy path and edge case, and incorporate them into designs
Deep understanding of UX design patterns for mobile and web
Experienced with translating high-level requirements to interaction flows and then to functional beautiful designs
Expertise with customer research and usability testing
Knowledgeable in Design Toolsets: Sketch or Figma, Zeplin, InVision
Experience working as a full-time member of a fast-paced product company is a plus
Passion for designing engaging experiences that appeal to different segments of users
Strong ability to recognize and build up use-cases, including happy path and edge case, and incorporate them into designs
