We are seeking a highly talented and experienced UI-UX Designer/Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize web pages, landing pages, and email templates with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Work closely with the UX and web development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Manage and maintain a library of design assets and resources.
Ensure all designs adhere to our design asset library, company brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
Ensure every design produced, whether it's a banner or new website template, delivers an effective experience across desktop, mobile and tablet
