Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate UI-UX Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics and user empathy to help craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design seamless user experiences and consistent interfaces across platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user flows
  • Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma or similar tools
  • Build and maintain a consistent Design System across products
  • Participate in usability testing and iterate on feedback to improve designs
  • Ensure responsive and adaptive design across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
  • Present concepts to stakeholders with a clear rationale and user-focused approach
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented
Requirements:
  • More than 1 year of experience as a UI-UX Designer for digital products
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and information architecture
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process, from research to final UI
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with international teams
  • Fluent in English - ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Having following knowledge is a plus:
  • Experience in industries such as [SaaS / E-commerce / Healthcare...]
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers
  • Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, Google Analytics, or other user behavior tracking tools
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence
