Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate UI-UX Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics and user empathy to help craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design seamless user experiences and consistent interfaces across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user flows
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma or similar tools
- Build and maintain a consistent Design System across products
- Participate in usability testing and iterate on feedback to improve designs
- Ensure responsive and adaptive design across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Present concepts to stakeholders with a clear rationale and user-focused approach
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience as a UI-UX Designer for digital products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and information architecture
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process, from research to final UI
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work with international teams
- Fluent in English - ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Having following knowledge is a plus:
- Experience in industries such as [SaaS / E-commerce / Healthcare...]
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers
- Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Familiarity with A/B testing, Google Analytics, or other user behavior tracking tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence
