UIUX Designer Up to 2000

As a UI/UX Designer at Bull Labs , you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience across our suite of financial products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that simplify complex financial features.

Key Responsibility:

• Lead the UI/UX design process, from concept to implementation, for web and mobile applications in the fintech/crypto domain;
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the user flow and interaction;
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of design with business goals and technical feasibility;
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results;
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products;
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in UI/UX design;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

Must have:

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a UI/UX Designer;
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (mandatory), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar;
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centered design principles;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment;
• Proficiency in English for reading and preparing documents is essential.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus;
• Have experience working in the field of Fintech, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrencies is a big plus.

Remuneration:

• Earn up to $2000, 13th-month bonus, performance bonus according to the company's business situation.
• Flexible working hours: 9:00-18:30 Monday-Friday, 1h30-minute lunch break
