- Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up.
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Ensures that all working equipment function properly, following instructions and report to Team Leader of any equipment malfunctions and related incidents, including those of guest garments.

- Hand over items found in the linens and sorting areas immediately to Team Leader.
- Fit and tailor uniform for team member to ensure proper fit
- Ensure quality of the existing uniform after amending
- Perform as Laundry attendant in assignment
- Perform emergency amending or repairing of guest and team member uniform
- Ensure sewing, edging and other machine in good working condition
- Plan for maintaining, repairing and dispose uniform (don't keep till last minute)
- Communicate with Team Leader/Manager on the plan of maintaining, repairing and dispose uniform for approval
- Report any linen and unifom shortage or discrepancies with tracking
- Supports the implementation of the People Brand, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt's Values and Culture Characteristics
- Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel team and Hyatt International.
- Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Responds to changes in the department functions as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotels/resorts is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
