Objectives
The Unit Head of Digital Product Management - FEOL will lead the strategic development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the FE Online (FEOL) platform, the core self-service digital lending experience of FE Credit. This role is accountable for driving digital product vision, enhancing user engagement, and ensuring seamless customer journeys to support the transformation of FE Credit into a unified digital bank targeting Vietnam's mass-market and low-income customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for FEOL in alignment with FE Credit's digital transformation strategy.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear KPIs and track product performance.
2. Product Development & Delivery
• Lead cross-functional squads including UX/UI, engineering, data, and operations to deliver digital features and services on time and within scope.
• Ensure user-centric design principles and digital best practices guide all product decisions.
• Oversee agile ceremonies, backlogs, and sprints to drive continuous improvement and delivery velocity.
3. Customer Experience & Engagement
• Champion customer insights through research, data analytics, and testing to deliver intuitive, engaging digital experiences.
• Drive initiatives to increase adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction on the FEOL platform.
• Partner with Marketing to define go-to-market plans and digital engagement campaigns.
4. Commercial Ownership & Performance
• Own KPIs related to digital loan applications, activation rates, NPS, and digital conversions.
• Work closely with Risk, Operations, and Sales to align digital product strategies with business rules and service delivery capabilities.
• Identify and manage dependencies across multiple products and initiatives.
5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Build and lead a high-performing digital product management team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, including Technology, Credit Risk, Customer Support, and Business Heads to align roadmaps and gain buy-in.
Yêu cầu
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally in banking, fintech, or consumer lending.
Experience:
• Strong track record of delivering customer-facing digital products at scale.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and digital product frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
• Experience working with remote tech teams and managing product backlogs.
• Solid understanding of customer behavior in emerging markets and low-income segments.
