Management of product and portfolio
To develop new business strategies, initiatives in the area of pay later products aligned with strategy of the company.
To develop product features/ benefits, launch acquisition campaigns to attract new customers, set pricing for pay later products which are tailored
for each customer segment, market demand
Engage with cross functional teams at VPB SMBC FC to develop, implement initiatives, corrective actions in term of selling process, product
characteristics, marketing campaign, risk performance and other aspects.
Monitor business performance in multi dimensions (revenue driver, acquisition cost, risk performance, portfolio movements, operational
performance indicators)
Highlight deviations in products performance, potential sources of growth/ improvement and suggest corrective actions accordingly.
Develop and update product program reflecting significant changes in term of financial drivers, risk performance, risk policy, distribution,
underwriting, operation processes, etc...
Work with Partnership Acquisition Management team to come up with suitable product offers for customer segment from partners, and manage
product to ensure revenue and profit of the corresponding partnership channels
Build and maintain a professional, mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship with external partners of each cooperation projectUpdate knowledge of product
Update knowledge of product
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations related to loan and card
Maintain an in-depth knowledge and trends of pay later products through market research, reading reports, financial analysis
Leadership Responsibilities
Coach and develop unit members, and influence them to take accountability for their assigned work
Collect best practice and share with staff to ensure high caliber of staff
Build talent and capabilities within the taskforce unit
Daily BAU Responsibilities
Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues
Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved
Proactively proposed practical solution to fix the issues
Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics
Min 5 year of working experience in finance banking, insurance, investment, etc... with at least 3-4 years proven track record as Product Manager (BNPL, Credit Card, Lending...)
Understanding of Consumer Finance & Retail Banking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese)
Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Project)
Good communication and presentation skill
Time management
Problem solving and negotiation skill
Ability to work under high pressure
