Mô tả công việc
• Create and execute a sales plan aligning with partners' forecast through daily and weekly monitoring of the partners' sales performance. Monitor the sales results to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets of the Commercial department.
• Keep track of main sales KPIs (policy sold, conversion rate, premium...) to ensure weekly and monthly sales targets are achieved. Provide measurable and corrective action plans to improve the sales results on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Expand our customer base and market share through renewal, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns. Keep an eye on the selling process through the Igloo platform to ensure partners prioritize the products of Igloo.
• Address the potential room for business development by contest, campaigns based on marketing programs, discount, and volume-based price modeling.
• Identify knowledge and performance gaps in the partner's sales team and develop plans for filling them by providing know-how and solutions to boost sales revenue.
• Understand and solve partners' requests to and maintain long-lasting relationships and enhance partnership satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with the Operations team and Finance team to manage the month-end and year-end close to the processes of account receivables.
• Other tasks assigned by the Head of Commercial.

Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
• Degree in Industry of Finance, Banking, Commercial, Insurance, Technology.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning, monitoring, and analyzing sales performance of key accounts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Good skills in sales analytics and providing solutions to improve sales efficiency
• Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
• Exposure to multi-stakeholder involvement and fast-paced environments would be preferred.
• Proficiency in English & Vietnamese language.
Personal qualities:
• Strong ownership and a self-starter personality are a "must-have".
• Enjoy tech-working style in start-up & fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with tech-driven implementation, data, and analytics.
