Urgent_Finance & Accounting Staff (English Proficiency Required, Vnd17-26 Million)Sumitronics Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Perform the job in the accounting department especially AP, Tax, Inventory:
- Proceed daily import VAT and tax duty check and payment.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly and yearly account statement with vendors; AP aging report.
- Check and analyze forwarding fee, processing fee and other related cost.
- Check stock adjustment, reconcile inventory per book against stock physical count.
- Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, FCT, quarterly CIT...)
Prepare VAT refund application and supporting document.
- Support to check contract application control AP-trade agreements, processing agreement.
- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
- Prepare in a timely manner all monthly financial information including monthly accounts, balance sheets and all schedules requested.
- Keep up to date on all Vietnamese Laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters and other relevant issues and ensure that the company is informed of such matters.
- Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties.
- Print out, filing, store documents, accounting voucher as regulation.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
