[Urgent] Office Leasing ManagerLOTTE Properties Hanoi (LOTTE MALL West Lake Hanoi)

• Looking for and securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
• Advise and assist in operation work
• Coordinate with other departments to promptly solve related arising problems
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, vendors to ensure proper operations of the Building and ensure operational activities remain on time
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable of Tenants, issue debit notes to Office Tenant, upload payment on SAP system
• Other job as assigned by Team Leader and Manager
