[Urgent] Operation Manager - Garmernt Manufacturing

Navigos Search's client is a 100% FDI company in Garment & Textile factory in Bac Ninh. Due to the expansion of the business, we are looking for a Operation Manager to be in charge of the newly set-up factory.



Main tasks:

• Headcount review and forecast the order requirement. Co-operated with HR team & manager to fulfill the manpower capacity.

• Manage labors during the production and problem solving, daily, weekly, monthly target setting to adapt client's requirement

• Provide overall direction of the raw materials/storage, operation and people management, and planning activities.

• Set up and implementation of standard operating procedures

• Monitor production cost and overheads, and adjust process and resources to minimize cost

• Evaluate and adjust available production capacity and planned requirements to meet changing demands

• Responsible for site efficient operations and continual improvement of supply chain operation to meet cost and service requirements.

• Ensure product quality standards are developed and met

• Resolve problems on-site as they arise, reducing the impact of unforeseen difficulties

• Support and drive implementation of Quality and Environment Management System, IE, HSE
