[Urgent] Product Development & Management Manager (Salary Upto $1500)

We are looking for a Product Development & Management Manager to manage the P&O Team and collaborate with other teams for the development and management of operation for various products through our application.
You will be the focus point in the implementation of Financial & non-financial investment packages/fund activities on KB Fina app with below details:
• Being the coordinator and project manager to work with Fund counterparties to study on/understand their current operation scheme, reviewing legal, tax, and other emerging issues related to the operation scheme of other fintech/tech companies on the market.
• Research and evaluate customer segments, customer needs and consult to KB Fina's CSO on product formation & implementation strategy
• Join meetings with Fund partners to present on the cooperation strategies and initiate the implementation plans ;
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Recommend/budget/make plan of the resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments to evaluate the product absorption capacity in the target market, make necessary adjustment of the products over stages, ensuring the highest efficiency;
• Develop product policies & process and product training for relevant bodies including customers where necessary.
• Lead other team members to handling all operation support to customers and other issues arising from exceptions in daily transactions.
