Set up, manage, and optimize UA campaigns (ASA, Google, Mintegral...).
Track and report on CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention metrics.
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Write and manage social media content (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit...).
Build and engage online communities (Discord, Telegram, forums).
Support PR campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
1-3 years of experience in User Acquisition /
Digital Marketing / Social Media (preferably in mobile apps)
Hands-on experience with at least one UA channel: Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
Experience managing social media accounts or online communities.
Strong analytical skills; data-driven and experiment-oriented mindset.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong writing ability (English or Vietnamese).
Nice to have:
Experience building communities for
developer tools or mobile apps.
Knowledge of app monetization models (subscription, freemium, IAP).
Familiarity with Firebase, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Adjust/AppsFlyer.
