Currently, Cốc Cốc is looking for an UX Researcher with wide knowledge about user experience. UX researchers systematically study target users to collect and analyze data that will help inform the product design process in order to develop products that satisfy user needs and delight them in the process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to obtain adequate information to understand business and research objectives.
- Plan, design, execute, analyze and report user research studies (qualitative one or quantitative one) to address the business and research objectives.
- Plan and conduct both in-person and remote usability testing at every stage of the product's lifecycle; from its conceptualization, prototype validations, to the final product.
- Facilitate user in-depth Interviews or focus group discussion to deep dive in understanding the user target audience.
- Identify potential problematic touchpoints according to the user target audience.
- Closely work with data analyst to continuously improve users' measurement tools to effectively evaluate and enhance users experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills:
- Bachelor or higher degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Philosophy.
- 1+ year experience conducting qualitative research/ user research/ UX research.
- Be able to develop the discussion guide, moderate and report usability testings and user interviews.
- Be able to design questionnaires, analyze quantitative data and report.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiar with statistical & basic data processing techniques (SPSS/ STATA, using Pivot Tables for data analyzing).
