Mô tả công việc
Design & Website Decoration: Create visually appealing banners, graphics, and decorations for our websites, ensuring they align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience.
Campaign Asset Design: Design digital assets for various online campaigns, including promotional banners, landing pages, and email marketing materials, optimizing them for engagement and conversion.
UX/UI Optimization: Apply UX/UI principles to improve the navigation and functionality of our web platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Cross-Channel Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual style across all online channels, including our [protected info] website, multi-brand platform, and marketplace stores (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
Collaboration with eCommerce Team: Work closely with the eCommerce and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visual content.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the impact of design changes and promotional assets on user engagement and conversion rates, using insights to refine and improve designs.
Market Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to keep our visual content competitive and innovative.

Yêu cầu
Relevant Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design or graphic design, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating banners, website assets, and other promotional digital materials.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design implementation is a plus.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify is desirable.
Competency: (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)
Technical: Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to create visually engaging and brand-aligned materials.
Technical: Basic understanding of UX/UI principles to ensure designs not only look good but also enhance user experience and functionality.
Human & Cultural Requirements: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and eCommerce operations.
Operational: Capable of managing multiple design projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Managerial: Proactive in optimizing design strategies based on user feedback and performance metrics.
