We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our design and development teams, ensuring Chợ Tốt provides a consistent and complete user experience across all devices. This role focuses on the Vehicle, requiring expertise in market trends, user behaviors anh industry best practices. Our product organization values innovation, agility, a deep understanding of user needs with "user-first" approach, ensuring our products exceed expectations through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. This includes:

Product Vision and Goals: Align product vision with the company's strategic objectives. Translate business goals, user needs anh requirements into clear, measurable product goals and a comprehensive roadmap.
Product Planning: Plan the product roadmap and prioritize features that deliver the highest business value.
Gathering and Prioritizing Requirements: Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product meets market needs.
Product Development: Manage full product development tasks such as analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping anh validating new solutions that fit the Vietnam market to grow the current Cho Tot web and mobile product.
Requirement Breakdown: Interface with other teams in the company to break down business requirements into smaller deliverables; assist the engineering team in the full implementation of these features to ensure they are delivered as planned.
Execution and Delivery: Work closely with business, engineering, sales, marketing and support teams to ensure the product is delivered on time, meets quality standards anh achieves business and user needs.
Agile Product Management: Involve in agile product management to ensure smooth execution of the strategic plan.
Communication: Facilitate communication within the team, across teams anh across functions to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

Ownership: Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Be proactive, self-driven anh independent-minded, with a 'get-it-done' entrepreneurial attitude.
Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Able to facilitate communication within the team, across teams anh across functions to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand and represent business and user needs, distilling insights to set strong roadmaps that meet short and long-term goals.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders not only within the vertical but also across different workgroups and departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration towards common goals.
Analytical Skills: Ability to think critically, analyze anh solve problems with a strong attention to detail.
Adaptability: Learn very fast; be extremely flexible and adaptable.
