Vice director of supply chain

I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Quantity: 01, Age: over 35
2) Planning the purchase of raw materials and supplies, logistic delivery and production planning for production and business activities of the company.
3) Managing the implementation of the Supply Chain Action Plan (Assignment, Supervision of Plan Implementation & Adjustment).
4) Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the supply chain plan.
5) Quality control of processed products of the whole system.
6) Taking part in the development and implementation of business plans;
7) Establishing policies and designing management system for agricultural product processing.
8) Monitoring compliance with production process;
9) Evaluating and improving production process of agricultural products
10) Recruiting, training staffs under management;
11) Building and managing the KPI system applied in the supply chain.

II. Job requirement
- Master's degree in agriculture, business administration, mechanical engineering, food technology or related fields (Master's degree is a plus)
- Experienced in the supply chain.
- Planning skills (setting goals, defining tasks, allocating resources and budgeting, scheduling ...)
- Job performance management skills (goal assignment, action planning, monitoring, evaluation, feedback).
- Problem-solving skills
- Intensive knowledge of food supply
- Good command of English, able to speak or lead the meeting in English. exchanged directly during the interview.
