Position Summary: We are looking for a Vice Manager with deep knowledge of the Vietnamese dental care landscape to support business growth and relationship management. This position requires a professional with hands-on experience in dental labs or hospital-based labs, strong business and sales capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with Vietnamese doctors on both professional and personal levels. The Vice Manager will act as a cultural and operational bridge between Vatech and the local market, complementing the efforts of our Korean management team.
Key Responsibilities:
◆ Relationship Development & Customer Engagement
- Act as the main contact point for Vietnamese dental professionals, including clinic owners, hospital dentists, and dental lab operators.
- Establish and maintain close, trust-based relationships with key customers, including engaging in deeper conversations beyond work to build long-term loyalty.
- Serve as a cultural and communication bridge between Korean leadership and Vietnamese customers, supporting smooth collaboration.

Business Development & Sales Support
- Identify new business opportunities by leveraging personal network and knowledge of the dental industry.
- Introduce Vatech's products and services to potential clients in a credible, consultative manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to support client onboarding, product demos, and follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing and attending dental conferences, exhibitions, and events to build brand presence and connect with key stakeholders.
- Represent the company in meetings with dentists, lab owners, and hospital managers, especially in local contexts where the Korean Director cannot engage directly.
◆ Market Insight & Strategy Contribution
- Provide up-to-date insights into the dental care system, pain points, customer behavior, and
purchasing habits in Vietnam.
- Advise the Korean Director on local trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in the development of localized business strategies and sales approaches.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience working in a dental laboratory or in a hospital lab setting in Vietnam.
- Strong personal network in the Vietnamese dental community (dentists,
lab technicians, clinic managers).
- Proven sales or business development experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Experience owning or managing a dental-related business is a strong plus.
- Ability to communicate with Vietnamese professionals in an engaging, relationship-building manner, including outside formal work settings.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; proficiency in English or Korean is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and cultural sensitivity.
- Self-driven, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience working with international companies in the dental or medical sector.
- Familiarity with dental imaging products, equipment, or CAD/CAM systems.
- Participation in professional dental associations, networking groups, or industry events.
