What you will get out of this position

As Vice President Assistant, you will play a key role within the ITC organization.

You will be the ambassador of ITC to promote the ITC brand to companies ranging from Startups to Fortune 500
Your work and action will have a direct strategic impact on the performance of the company
You will work with the most influential minds in the digital world besides interacting with the entire Consulting and Strategy department of ITC
You will play a key role in a fast-growing organization - the more we grow, the more you grow

Missions

Business Development / Lead Generation

Being able to articulate and hold accountable each of the teammate for having a clear industry focus in terms of outreach and number of meetings a week
Having an easy and clear reporting set on a weekly and monthly basis
Shadowing Aurelien and other BDs in different meetings
Helping the company with key brainstorming sessions and strategies to find new long term partners and agencies
Helping with CRM management
Taking over some opportunities when arises in Vietnam
Being able to do initial qualifications calls and being able to manage opportunities autonomously within 3 months
Helping when necessary on follow up with contracts / Invoices with the proper people within the teams

Keynote Building

Articulating all the keynotes so it resonates with the client for best winning chances.
Being a key coordinator in allocating the jobs within ITC teammates to make it happen
Making the link clearer with the production with easier communication
Team Training, Management & Build-up
Responsible for fast training of each new commer, full time or part time.
Responsible for reworking the training programs based on the JD of each newcomer
Possibly help with the development of the office in Switzerland
Many other tasks that will appear as we go

Marketing: Helping on some proofreading and working more closely with the marketing department to deepen the connection together and help improving the quality of the content
Management: One meeting a week with Aurelien and possibly one meeting a week with other stakeholders.
KPI: Helping ITC reach a 52 to 58% gross margin with 25 to 30% retainers and at least 1.7M RMB average/month

Requirements

Proficiency in English communication skills, marketing mindset and able to work in a multicultural team
Analytical and strong organization skills
Detailed-oriented skills
Pro-activity and independence
Sense of urgency of business needs and can handle multi-tasks
Work both independently and in a team to produce creative and innovative solutions to challenging business problems
Fast learner and can quickly act on emerging insights and trends
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to learn the trade
