About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Video Auto Application Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in automotive diagnostics with creative video production and
digital marketing skills. You will be responsible for producing engaging video content showcasing our innovative diagnostic tools, while also driving online engagement and brand awareness through effective digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Diagnostic Tool Video Production:
• Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos demonstrating the features and functionalities of our automotive diagnostic tools.
• Create "how-to" videos, troubleshooting guides, and product tutorials that are clear and engaging for technicians and automotive professionals.
• Maintain a comprehensive video library, ensuring content is up-to-date with the latest tools and software.
Technical Collaboration:
• Work closely with Diagnostic Tool Engineers and Product Specialists to gather accurate technical information.
• Translate complex diagnostic procedures and data into clear and understandable video demonstrations.
Digital Marketing & Content Distribution:
• Optimize video content for various online platforms, including YouTube, social media, and our company website (SEO).
• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote video content and engage with the automotive community.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Gather customer insights to improve video content and marketing strategies.
• Assist with product marketing and online marketing campaigns.
• Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness.
Content Creation:
• Develop engaging video scripts and voice-over narration.
• Create supplementary materials, such as on-screen graphics, animations, and diagnostic data overlays.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Marketing and Communication, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of automotive diagnostic systems and procedures.
• Proven experience in video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Experience in market research and customer insights gathering.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new diagnostic and digital technologies.
• Ability to coordinate with diagnostic tool engineers.
