Video Producer

The Purpose of Your Role
The Video Producer inspires and empowers millions of individuals to make healthier choices and support them in their journey of health discovery through the creation of inspiring and credible health graphics. The Video Producer is responsible for working in a team and producing and supporting the production and editing of a diverse range of video styles including animation, still and motion graphics design, and live streaming, other videos to support our brand, marketing, and sales initiatives ensuring that the videos are well-produced and uphold the Hello Health visual standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
Developing video content utilising digital video editing software including short form videos, long form videos & explainer video content formats leveraging the information provided by the editorial & medical team to support the engagement of our audience on platform
Bring to life our text content and stories by creating on brand, unique & inspiring videos that encourage people to take action for their health
Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
Be vigilant in assessing messaging and execution of video storyboards, shooting and post production to support the brand through overall positioning and visual standards. Ensure adherence to brand standards in all materials
Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met
Working closely with the marketing team to support production of creative video assets for social media channels, YouTube, the website, PR content & corporate communications content
Supporting all teams with key creative video requests always bringing inspiring view to the creative approach, design & content you develop to help key stakeholders achieve their objectives through your videos
From time to time support the commercial team as needed for inspiration around pitch documents, sample videos & provide them support in enhancing their materials
Working with the commercial team & account management team to produce client related materials taking into consideration the clients creative standards and guidelines and ensuring adherence to these whilst producing best in market videos for our clients & partners
Provide various teams with concepts, ideas & creative solutions to their problems, helping tie together these videos under the Hello Health brand
Prepare and carry out script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations, and develop production schedules

On-time & in budget client campaign completion
