Mô tả công việc

1. You are responsible of managing and implementing all activities related to brands' visibility in-store:

Including merchandising, wall unit, KV, poster, promotional materials, any type of display etc.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to develop and implement brands' display in-store and in clinic/pharmacy
Collaborate with different Minthacare teams (such as Retail and Marketing) to prepare smoothly on-going projects
Work closely with suppliers to prepare products' display briefing, negotiate price and quantity, ensure good delivery time and deadlines
Follow-up the supplier's production, from warehouse delivery to in-store implementation
Monitor closely implementation timeline, display quality and quantity
Preparation of some admin documents such as suppliers' contracts, invoices, etc.
Deliver Monthly Cost Report (on results & efficiency)

2. Manage accurateness and completeness of brands' display:

Suggest improvement of current merchandising and visibility in stores
Ensure that merchandising policy is respected by internal team, supplier and customers
Ensure respect of brands merchandising guidelines display
Weekly and Monthly analysis of market status and suggest strategy/solution
Schedule fieldwork with the sales team to evaluate and improve implementation

3. Research & develop new display instrument:

With support of Internal (Sales Force) & External Research (Store Owner's Needs, Competitor Status in the Market)
Improve and suggest new way of advertising and display
Discuss with suppliers about design, pattern, and use of testing
Evaluation and effective handling for official use.

Yêu cầu

Qualification and Job Requirements:

University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
Show passion in merchandise career.
You have common sense
You have a good operational skills
Customer-focused / Customer Oriented mind set
Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
Good planning, coordination, and project management skills

Preferred skills:

Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures
Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database

Salary range: - $600
