Mô tả công việc

- Communicates to his/ her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
- Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
- Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures

Yêu cầu công việc

- The waiter/waitress must be an experienced F&B attendant with over 1 year of experience in 4,5 star hotel/resort
- Good communication in English
- Competent knowledge about food and beverage
- Qualified in hospitality/torism preferered
- Open Availability - nights & weekends are a must
