I will deliver "Out of the Ordinary" experiences that inspire, delight, and create meaningful stories. By blending innovation, surprise, authenticity, and thoughtful details, every guest interaction will be transformed into a memorable wellness journey.
Key responsibilities include:
Handle issues with empathy; contact Direct Manager if needed.
Collaborate with all departments for smooth operations.
Follow company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
Check out with Supervisor before leaving; maintain your station.
Be knowledgeable about Six Senses Con Dao's services, menu items, and POS equipment.
Follow safety policies and maintain guest privacy.
Participate in training to enhance skills and guest satisfaction.
Greet guests courteously and handle service efficiently.
Fulfill reasonable additional tasks and report maintenance issues.
Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a clean work area.
Verify guest and room charges.
Know resort offerings and team goals.
Arrive on time in proper uniform and be present throughout service.
Responsible Business & Compliance
All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
The role requires:
1+ year of experience in food & beverage service; hospitality background required.
Familiar with restaurant/bar setup, service standards, and procedures.
Additional training or courses in F&B service are a plus.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
