Job Summary
We are hiring professional and customer-focused Waitresses to join a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. Candidates should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide excellent table service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests professionally.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
Maintain clean and properly arranged tables.
Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff for timely service.
Handle guest concerns politely and professionally.
Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and appearance standards.
Follow restaurant service, health, and safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality experience is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Good physical fitness.
Minimum height: 5'4".
Preferred age: 21-30 years.
Willingness to learn and work in a multicultural environment.
