Warehouse And Logistic Supervisor

Be responsible for Warehouse and Logistic activities in plant and external warehouse, join improvement of related process and system, and participate in related project.
Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfillment:
• Coordinate with Customer Service for timely order processing to meet customer's requirements including delivery, transportation management, post good issue in system
• Coordinate with logistic service provider/ warehouse keeper for truck planning and physical inventory to ensure orders to be fulfilled and goods delivered to customer's site on time.
• Support the implementation of business rules related to customer order management process.
• Handle customers' complaint on delivery.
2. Warehouse Management
• Optimize space for maximizing the storage as well as ensuring no physical obstacles for loading and unloading.
• Ensure tools & equipment safe for operating.
• Build SOP on warehouse operation to strengthen the efficiency and EHS compliance.
• Ensure goods delivered correctly and in full quantity following FIFO rule.
• Make sure stock take is performed as guideline and the report is submitted on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse keeper and related functions to minimize the discrepancy between SAP and physical stock, close the discrepancy (if any).
3. Transportation Management:
• Ensure the accuracy of logistic cost.
• Cooperate with Customer Service to handle the customer complaints, manage Logistic Service Provider performance and improve the operation/ enhance the system.
4. Others
• Manage WH and Logistic how to operate effectively.
• Prepare and submit reports on time for KPIs report, Root cause Analysis and correct action.
• Handle special requirement from customers: early delivery at customer site, weekend delivery...
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by following the company's EHS policy and requirements and report any unsafe conditions and behavior, including near miss and incident, to immediate supervisor.
• Join with Logistic team in Regional for Improvement project.
